1Do you sell BisKing Cakes at any stores or have local pickup for online sales?
We have online orders available for pickup in Shreveport, LA, only at Please and Thank You Paper Company (855 Pierremont Road, Suite 147, Shreveport, LA 71106). Additionally, we carry a small stock there as well. If you own a store and would like to carry BisKing Cakes, please contact orders@biskingcake.com.
2When can I pick up a local Shreveport order?
Please and Thank You Paper Company (855 Pierremont Road, Suite 147, Shreveport, LA 71106) is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm.
3What’s the best way to serve the BisKing Cake?
Obviously fresh out of the oven would be best (as with all biscuits), but we recommend toasting in a toaster oven for a minute or two or microwave for under 10 seconds to get the right warmth.
4How long will the BisKing Cake last?
The king cake will remain fresh for only a few days after receiving it. Do not open it if you are not serving it immediately. Instead, keep it in the box and in a cool place. If you decide to freeze it for serving later, take it out of the freeze and let thaw for 3 hours before serving.
5What day will I receive my BisKing Cake?
We cut off orders at 5pm each business day to plan the next baking/shipping day, so please plan accordingly. We bake Monday through Friday. For instance, if you would like to ensure your cake will be available for Shreveport local pickup on a Thursday, please place your order by Tuesday at 5pm and it will be baked and delivered to our pickup location by 4pm the next day. For those shipping, your cake will arrive either 1-3 days after the baking day following your order date, depending upon which delivery method you choose.
6Can I choose to receive my BisKing Cake at some future date?
Yes, please make sure you enter the desired shipping date at checkout. Note that priority mail will take 1-3 business days and priority express will take 1-2 business days from your shipping date to deliver.
7Do you have discounts for large orders?
Yes, please email us at orders@biskingcake.com for an order of 5 or more BisKing Cakes
8I have multiple location to send BisKing Cakes to. Is there a faster way to enter orders individually?
Yes, the best way to handle would be to email orders@biskingcake.com with your request. Once reviewed and approve by you, you will be contacted for payment.
9Can they be delivered by a certain time?
No, it's only guaranteed to be there within the timeframe you choose in your shipping method, but not at a specific time.
10Can I receive a BisKing Cake at an apartment or PO Box?
This depends upon how USPS typically handles your packages, but it would probably be safer to have it delivered to your place of work. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
11Can you tell me about BisKing Cakes if I have food allergies?
All BisKing Cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy beans, peanuts, and tree nuts.
12What is your return/refund policy?
We strive for excellence in our products. All sales are final but please contact us if you encounter issues out of the ordinary from typical abnormalities or excessive damage due to shipping.
